CUSTOMER SERVICE FAQ

ORDERING

At Replenish Me, our goal is to simplify the process for you to acquire the highest-quality clinical-strength nutrition supplements by providing one simple portal through which you may procure them. At the request of our manufacturers, before purchase it is first necessary to create or login to your account, and by doing so you are certifying that you are working in tandem with a health practitioner who can guide you in the use of the products of the Replenish Me store.

If you wish to place an order identical to a previously placed order, you may do so using the 'Reorder' option from within your Replenish Me account. Any coupon codes will need to be re-applied.

If you wished to order an item that is out-of-stock, do contact us using our Contact Us form. We should be able to anticipate in most instances when our product inventory will be refilled.

Products which we are not licensed to sell overseas are so marked; orders shipping outside of the United States will not include those items and you will be refunded for those items which we are not licensed to ship to you overseas.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We are a GeoTrust Extended Validation True Business (as denoted by the green URL bar if you're using the https:// prefix), utilizing SSL to protect your credit card transaction. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items are shipped within the US at the flat rate of $7.49 per package, regardless of weight. Our preferred carriers are the United States Postal Service and UPS Ground. Packages should arrive within 2-5 days of their delivery to the carrier. Expedited shipping may be added for an additional fee by choosing the expedited shipping option at check out.

Please note:
If you are purchasing items through Replenish Me to be shipped to an address outside of the United States, you will need to allow a minimum of 3 weeks from shipment to delivery for your order. This is due to the customs processing that occurs in each country.
We are currently able to ship to the following locations: Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, South America, and the United Kingdom  
If you are uncertain as to whether we will be able to ship to your international location, please contact us by emailing support@replenishme.com.

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday. We will do everything in our power to ship orders placed before 9:30 am Pacific time on the same day. Orders placed after 9:30 am Pacific will be shipped the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday, or on Tuesday if Monday is a national holiday. In the event of insufficient inventory, we will attempt to contact you to determine whether it is your preference to ship without an item, or to hold the order until that item arrives to our warehouse.

The primary exception to this policy is with refrigerated probiotics. Due to the nature of this product, we will only ship orders with probiotics when we have every expectation that the carrier will deliver before Saturday (for UPS) or Sunday (for the USPS). Dependent on where in the country you live, that may mean that orders that include probiotics will be delayed in their shipment until the following Monday.

Please be reassured that any such probiotics orders remain fully viable for use even in those instances where the enclosed ice pack is no longer cool to the touch. All of our refrigerated probiotics are specially formulated to remain viable for short periods of transit, and the ice pack will have done its job even if it is no longer cool upon arrival.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Mistakes happen, and the wrong product will occasionally be ordered or shipped. You may not be aware that the product you just ordered had an ingredient that you are sensitive to, or you may have some other reason for wishing to return your purchase to us.

In such an event, please write to us using our Contact Form. Due to the nature of our product, we do reserve the right to not accept returns on product that has been opened or cannot otherwise be resold, or of refrigerated probiotics.

If we were responsible for the error, we'll pick up the shipping on a return. If you were responsible for the error, we ask that you pay for the return shipment.

Our shipments are insured. If your product arrives damaged, please hold on to it and the box it shipped in, get in touch with us through our Contact Form, and we'll begin the process of issuing a replacement.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

The pricing of our products is conducted in full compliance with the licensing requirements of our manufacturers. While we are aware nutrition supplements can sometimes be purchased at lower prices online, the majority of those vendors are only able to do so by violating their licensing agreements with the manufacturers.

You may rest assured that we only carry products from the very best manufacturers of nutrition supplements, and that we remain in the highest standing with those vendors in the interest of continuing to serve you for years to come.

When making use of a Promotional Coupon Code, please be certain to click the "Apply Coupon" button. If you have done so, you will see the price adjustment within your shopping cart. It is much more difficult to apply that discount retroactively to your transaction after it has gone through.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and the Discover card. American Express and Paypal are being added to the list, and will be available in the next few weeks.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

You may review a product on its product page. To do so, you will first have to login to your Replenish Me account.

VIEWING ORDERS

You will receive an Order Confirmation and a separate Shipping Confirmation to the email address you provided when you first created your account with us. To view current or past orders, and to print your invoices from those orders, please login to your Replenish Me account.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We want to ensure that we are sending your shipment to the correct address, and that we can reach you in the event of complications with your order. Please do keep your account information up to date by logging into your Replenish Me account and making the necessary changes.

You may subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter through your Account Panel. Unsubscribing will not affect either your Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation emails.
